Welcome to Rabbit Valley Farms NW. We are a family owned operation located in Moses Lake, WA. We specialize in breeding only top quality, natural, no hormone raised meat rabbits. We specialize in breeding only top quality, natural, no hormone raised meat rabbits.  We specifically breed New Zealands, Whites, Californians and a cross of there of. We provide both fryers and stock for those who want fresh, healthy rabbit meat. We offer a full line of sausages, burgers, and much more.

Rabbits are undervalued, having a subtle game taste, very unique, milder, tasty and tender. Rabbit can be enjoyed in a variety of ways; fried, roasted, stewed, and in casseroles. Rabbit being very lean, is not unlike chicken in texture and color, slightly firmer and naturally delicious.

Rabbit is low in fat, high in protein, a very good source of vitamin B3, iron, phosphorus and vitamin B12.

We are an FDA registered Facility and we are inspected by the Meat and Butcher Division of the Washington State Department of Agriculture and Commerce. This enables us to sell a variety of rabbit and rabbit products throughout the United State.

Unless you’re a vegetarian, there’s no reason why you should’t consider eating rabbit instead of chicken, beef, ham, or turkey. The United States, however, still has the Easter Bunny syndrome!   Europeans, especially the French, Italians, Spanish, and Germans eat a lot of rabbit meat.  If we can ever get over our prejudices here in the US., eating rabbit makes a lot of sense.

Mainly designed as a meat producing rabbitry, we offer rabbit meat to you the consumer for many different purposes.  We sell our meat directly to the public.  If you have a specific need feel free to ask and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

PLEASE NOTE In order for us to provide healthy and disease free environment for our rabbits, we maintain a CLOSED RABBITRY. Potential buyers will, however, be able to view enough of the building’s interior and some rabbits to observe the rabbits and the conditions they live under. We’re sorry, but no outside rabbits, dogs, cats or any other animal may be brought onto the property. Thank you for understanding.
